Allan has been a principal architect for a London-based practice since 2015. The practice has worked on a mixture of rural and urban schemes, including residential and commercial projects.
Residential schemes have varied from a one-off 800m2 mansion in Essex, to a 100-unit regeneration scheme in Luton. Commercial schemes have varied from working for Swissport at Heathrow Airport, to Master Planning an ICT Park in Bahrain.
Allan boasts experience working with large corporate clients, and through working with developer clients, he is experienced in taking projects from the concept and feasibility stages, through to planning and construction.
Recent projects of note are the £10m refurbishment of a listed building in Athens, and the feasibility study for a 50-unit housing scheme in Watford.
